I sit in my castle struggling to fix my features or fight the creatures
My temporary castle will stand for four days. Built up with tired hands and an expended mental state it stands. I am one singular kingdom whose castle is built up and torn down as need demands. Assembled, constructed and molded by my hand to ensure the skull remains. I wish to safeguard the churning notions of my skull to ensure my skeleton does not seek comfort in the dirt.
It’s difficult for me to extend beyond the edges of my own society. I do not throw out many thoughts intended for others ears. Because words have often been all I had to protect my kingdom of moral and bone. They are not portioned out notions for one’s repurposing, Pulled from my sight and pasted to shallow standings. It’s difficult for me to extend beyond the edges of my own society.
I exist in my castle while existing in the larger lands ruled by those powered by ego and will.
