Sheila is currently a Spatial Art major at San Jose State University with a focus on ceramics. Her exploration in theatre helped firmly ground her art foundation of exploring other characters to find herself. She utilizes clay to expand her understanding of the power dynamics within us and our societies. She often creates crowns and castles to illustrate and dissect the intentions of those who hold power. Power is not inherently bad; it can resemble excellent notions of self-preservation and strength.
